Payment Processing

Once we receive your order, please allow 48 hours for payment processing (excluding weekends and national holidays). All orders are subject to processing time unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Some items are made to order at our HQ, so we must ensure all payments are successful before fulfillment. Payment processing time is separate from the shipping time. After processing is complete, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that tracking numbers will update once the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) has received and scanned the package into their system.

To ensure your package arrives on time, please enter your shipping address correctly, including street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers.

Free Spirit Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses. Once an order has left our HQ and is in the hands of the carrier, we no longer have control over the package.
